The Birthing Center is a house built in the traditional Portuguese style with a quiet green garden area in the backyard. It is located on the upper Assagao road that leads from the church of St. Cajetan to Badem via the Pallotine seminary. It is situated next to the El´shaddai children’s home.

	Birthing Room The room is designed to provide a warm and homelike atmosphere. It has a large bed and enough space to move around freely to choose every desired position. Medical equipment is readily available though the priority is a gentle surrounding where the new-born can be welcomed with respect and dignity.

Water Room The water room was created with a special pool designed for waterbirth, to make maximum use of the soothing and relaxing effect of water during labor. Even if you choose not to have your baby in the pool it is still a wonderful medium to work with labor pain. Here also medical equipment will be available at hand and the room matches the latest hygienic standards

	Yoga Hall Is a light airy room that is big enough to accommodate about 10 persons according to the subject of the classes. An outdoor yoga place in the garden is under construction.
	The Garden After two monsoon seasons our garden presents itself vivid in various colours. You can relax under the huge Mango and Jackfruit trees or have a walk through a large amount of indigenous flowers and plants.
